Zoom in. Zoom out.
With a proven ability to see the big picture and the ability to understand the insight of the details— I’ll help you get results. I founded and was CEO/President of Six Red Marbles—a successful EdTech product and service company. I worked with and had a strong exit through private equity. Recently, I was Interim Chief Operating Office at Portfolia, Fractional COO at Genius Academy, and interim Chief Operating Officer of Ease Learning, where my impact hit every facet of each company—allowing for revenue growth and scale.
Now, other professional service companies looking to grow from $2-10 million in revenue to $10+ million work with me to set-up for greater success. I work with leadership to listen to understand every aspect of the company and short- and long-term goals, no matter what they are. I know how to walk the line that runs between bold long-term vision and the daily practicalities on how to achieve those goals.
We are humans. I bring insight into solutions by understanding that it's not just the output and action of the systems and processes we build. People, culture, and the experiences of working together gets maximum success. It all matters.
I like real people. I've been through it.
Let's get going and make things happen.
Let’s make it better.
The Rundown

We’ll look at every part of your business to understand how it ticks. Who are your clients? Where do you see potential growth? How do you market and sell? How are your finances? Who’s your team? What are your systems and processes? What do you think are the issues in your company Understanding these areas of your business is the first step.
The Work
